Jolt is an energetic, playful new brand of batteries that aims to improve the user-experience of battery packaging by addressing user concerns discovered through the design thinking process. The final product packaging is a user-friendly and human-centric design.

Brief

To create a packaging solution, name and brand for a consumer product, batteries.

Description

Using design thinking I created an improved customer experience of the product packaging, and a design that addresses sustainability, functionality and usability.

PRINT-READY FINISHED ART

The packaging was set up technically for print, with requirements such as bleed, custom dieline, fold-lines and glue lines included.

CONSUMER TOUCHPOINTS

Customer journey mapping was used to determine consumer touchpoints and appropriate branded opportunities.
